Bad service From FNB Bank

21 July 2014 my parents went to fnb on calvinia to pay the last instalment of there loan again ts the property.were after they requested the original deed document of the farm.<br> now almost a year later there have been nothing resolved. as i cant speak in detail about this, i want the highest person in FNB to phone my dad( Mr AN Steenkamp).they are suffering alot because of some idiot who cant do there job properly. they cant lend money at another branch so I'm holding FNB responsible to make this right with in a month time or i will sue FNB R5000 a month from 21 july 2014 until the day my dad received his deed. FNB has done alot of damage to them.
