Bad Service from FNB again

Bad service. Logged a call for the cancellation of my speedpoint device on Monday, still waiting for someone to collect it I had an issues on the bank charges going through the account, Nathan from Merchant Services, promised he will come back to me to give me feedback on the progress made into the investigation of the charges, still no progress made. I have paid off my FNB loan in full and money is still being debited off my account after i have paid the loan. Why. Annoyed and angry.NO CALL LOGGED, NO REF NUMBER Here
