Bad service from FNB

On 2 November I ordered some keto products online, they where supposed to debit R35 but instead they debited R912.35. Contacted them to cancel the order and refund me, they cancelled the order but didn't refund me, I then went to FNB Rustenburg to report the matter but till today they haven't helped me.
