Bad service from FNB!!!!!

I use to tell everyone how great FNB has been but lately I’ve only had 1 disappointment after another. I took a temporary loan (30 days) which was of course paid in full. And then they just decided not to be available again. And thanx to them Im living in my car because I couldn’t pay my rent this month. And now they blame it on the system. So why do they even have a call center!!! Hope you are proud of yourself, FNB!!!
