Bad Service from FNB!!!

I app**** for a loan at FNB , on the 11th of April to date I dont know if its approved or declined , I keep following up via the app , also calling the call center no one can give me proper feedback they keep saying its with processing but on the 14th I was verified and and advised the money will be paid out on the same day lies .today I am being told its still in processing .I need the money urgently, thought my bank will be able to assist but FNB is not reliable or honest . even the staff at the call center it feels like you are talking to a machine they don't seem to care at all .
