Bad service from FNB

Jaquces from FNB centurion worst service ever. Actually FNB as a whole, I opened an account for my son, they froze it and now they keep sending me from one place to another. Am moving all my accounts with them because they have ******* service honestly it's been over 4 months with this issue and nobody seems to know what's happening
