Bad service from FNB

I am about to switch from fnb after banking with them from 2009, they reversed a wrong debit order causing a whole lot of admin on my side, their app doesn't allow you to reverse a debit order but it's as if you have you report to the authorities 1st that you want your money back from the company you already canceled the contract with, my fiance also reverse a debit order 2 weeks back and he was promised to be contacted with 48 hours and the money will be reversef, till today nothing from the money hungry giant FNB, I will be happy to cut ties with fnb..
