Bad service from FNB

I am very very disappointed with the low level of service I receive from FNB. There have been several issues over the past year or so. I was not offered bond cover if I am unable to pay my bond because I opted to use my own life cover. My most recent frustration is that my debit order for my personal loan has not gone off for 2 months in a row. I logged a query and when it was not resolved, I logged a complaint and still no response. FNB cannot afford to call clients who want to pay their accounts? Will I pay extra interest because of this? Will this affect my credit score? Terrible...
