Bad Service from FNB

We requested funds to be withdrawn from our FNB Bond account. The request was submitted on the 10 of December and up to this date we still don't have the funds. We have submitted all the documents requested. In contrast ABSA took 3 hours.. This is totally unacceptable. <br> <br>
