Bad service from FNB

Poor Service and bad treatment by FNB ***** department, since I reported case late November 2025 and I was assigned to work with John Volmink ***** analyst and Nthabiseng Pho****si as a ***** team leader. This people are unprofessional at all they don’t communicate or nothing even if you send the email from person or from the branch they communicate or call back . I have been call ***** department almost everyday and I don’t assisted what thy can do is will tell you that the matter has been escalated to John Volmink But he will never call me back .

It is almost 2 months now without assistance and I am desperate because I need that money for business purposes. If they is and one from FNB who can help me with this matter please assist my Contact number are *** case number ***
