Bad service from FNB
We have recently sold our home with our FNB home loan registered with FNB, from the 7th of January we have been trying to get the deeds to house released to the cancellations lawyers without any success, the cancellation lawyers have been doing daily followup with the FNB Doc releases department or team and she is not getting any feedback. this is extremity frustrating as this is holding up the transfer process from our name to the new owners. Please contact me for my personal details so that we can resolve the issue.
