BAD SERVICE FROM FNB

I am so disappointed in FNB speedpoint division they hold my money back for a week, how am I suppose to run my business money goes in for client bookings & FNB hold it back saying ***** is checking it! I call them tell them the urgency and still no response it’s the most frustrating thing!!! THEY DONT WORRY ABOUT THE URGENCY!! I sent a complaint in last week & till today NO REPLY!! Shocking service from FNB i will be moving all my business!!!
