Bad Service From FNB
I have app**** online for a FNB cheque account, after more than 2 weeks I got my card, after it was send to the wrong town. By then payday have come and gone. Then I had to go into the bank for assistance with internet banking and the FNB app. For some reason my information on the internet banking is still information from a couple of years ago? I'm trying to load my beneficiaries on the internet banking side, but no luck.... Meaning I'll have to go in to the bank again and hope this time it will not be a waist of time again. The information on my eBucks is also not correct and this is becoming another headache. No one from FNB have called me back in all this time, after I have emailed and complain about the service I'm getting and also no feed back on the smart device application. Before you apply for the card at FNB, they make it seem so easy, They claim they will help you move your debit orders (this didn't happen, not even my Wesbank accounts debit order), they lock people with eBucks (which you do not qualify or they have the wrong details) and smart device (they don't even bodder to get back to there clients who app**** for smart device). What a hassle to move from one bank to FNB... I wish I never started the process..... And after all of this they charge you on the internet banking for a letter to proof that you bank with them??? What a joke, so I have to pay for a letter from FNB to send to Wesbank to change my debit order details for my car finance?? Thinkthe 3 weeks with FNB is more than I can handle, time to move back to my previous bank...
