BAD SERVICE FROM FNB

In September 2019 I opened my account with FNB, the consultant I dealth with offered me the Premier Account as my husband also banked with FNB. I was linked to his account and was charged the spousal rate of R149. In June 2020, I noticed that my fee had changed from R149 to R219. I assumed that it was an error and that FNB would rectify this however I was charged this fee again in July and August. I subsequently queried this on the secure chat on the FNB App. I was told that someone would contact me to sort this out. I didn't hear from anyone. I queried this again on numerous occasions but to no avail. I then called the customer care line, spoke to Sandile. He confirmed that it was an error on FNB's side and that he would assist in rectifying this however he needed to speak to my husband to confirm his details. He never contacted my husband so two days later I went into the Cornubia branch where I waited for 45mins to speak to someone only to be turned away. I was told that they are not able to do this at the branch. I was changed R219 again in September and October. Last week I contacted the customer care again and spoke to a lady who made a note for someone in the relevant department to assist. I was given the following reference number CAS***R9B8X5. Still I nothing from FNB that week. On Monday 26 October 2020, I chatted to Didintle on the secure chat and she was unable to pick up anything with the reference number I provided. After I complained, she said she would get her supervisor to contact that department. It's two days later and I have had no correspondence from FNB, neither by telephone or email. All I need is my fees to be rectified and be refunded for the 5 months that I was overcharged but this task seems to be beyond the capabilities of FNB and their employees.
