bad service from FNB

With FNB i have been my life time, what is happening now??? Funeral plan and communication not happening anymore!! They decide when the instalment should be even if you say the 1st of each month. They decide that you need to pay for something you should not have??? Then they say go to the app to communicate?? no communication, no service because i was put from the one to the other and in a months time all is happening again and again nothing is resolved. I word from 7 - 4 - banks is closed, then i go to the branch no " mam you have to do it on line?? What they told me i have to visit my branch, the customer care person does not even listen to what i have to say and cancelled a wrong debit order!! This is shocking from MY BANK FNB!! Never in my life had such bad service or no service!!
