Bad service from First National Bank

<p>First National Bank</p> <p>I booked a flight with SAFair Airline and realised within an hour of booking it that i wanted to cancell it, i phoned SA fAIR Airline to cancell and they said they couldnt pick up my reffrence number, i optde to call my bank FNB on the 30th of June and asked if they could reverse the amount into my account, which i was told i had to fill in a form, which i did and it was returned saying that i needed to tivk a box in the form, again it was rejected saying i need to tick another box in the form, again for the 3rd time i filled the form and sent it to FNB but today i was sent another email saying that now i need to send proof of communication from SAFair of the booking, honeslty this has dragged onn for so many days and FNB keeps rejecting my Form and day by day they come back telling me one thing after the other, i have emailed FNB telling them of my fustration not that i think thats going to help since everyone i have dealt with seems not to know what is true customer service, i mean all they need to do is call me and expalin what is needed so we can sort this out once and for all. Please Hellopeter my trust is in you to have the R998.00 sent back to my acoount please.</p> <p> </p>
