BAD SERVICE FROM DERBY ( SANDTON BRANCH)

We went there to open a stockvel account, we were given a ticket that was never called on there system, the manager came to us asking if we have been assisted and he asked one of his staff member why are we not assisted and the Lady ( Derby ) **** and say our ticket was called 2 times and we never responded. After some time Derby called us to her dest be4 we even seat down she ask what can she help us with , we told her that we want to open a stockvel account and she asked if we do have FNB accounts in our personal capacity 2 of us do have only one member did not have a FNB account the she said , she can't open a stockvel account if one member does not have a personal FNB account. She gave us attitude from the time we came to her desk , we asked for alternative she said there is no alternative. She was so unhelpful and she had no interest on helping us.
