bad service from consultants to their supervisor Clinton

<p>i need money for my doctor as i need to take her to the doctor,like its an emergency! i called the call center and spoke to investement department,they asked me security quetions,i confirmed all of the questions correctly and also advised the guy that am staying in a different adress whic is temporary because am staying with my boyfriend I DONT USE MY BOYFRIEND ADRESS AS MY RESIDENTIAL AS AM ONLY STAYING THERE TEMPORARLY AND AM EVEN BACK HOME.to the adress they have on their system which i confirmed.they told me that they wont help because i have to update my adress 1st at the branch why would i want to go to the branch and follow the long queus...for what reason i mean that is not my home for heaven sake why would i want to update my residential adress to my boyfriend?</p>
