Bad service from Bongekile

<p>Fnb has the worst consultants in the world i phoned fnb online support as i realised that one of the eft transaction i was trying to perfom went off even wen the bank told me that it failed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked that lady to return my money ,she started being rude to me ,i know its not a lot of money but its my money n i want it back .Am still waiting for feedback after dealing with this horrible and bitter lady for over 20munites.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone phone me to sort this mass out.</p>
