Bad service from Boitumelo Makua FNB

I had a complaint about my money vanishing and a debit order came back unpaid while I have funds in account and I got call from Angel, (callref:Rp***) She asked for a detailed explanation of my complaint and promised to look into it , she called me the following day and said she will escalate the matter. I got an email from Boitumelo Makua (CRM:***) , The email had no explanation or even degits that explain what she wrote, I rep**** to the email asking her to call me back , but to this day nothing happened she did not even reply to my email😡. I really disappointed with level of service I got from Boitumelo Makua!!!
