Bad Service from Anthony Malungane!

I have app**** for a home loan through a bond originator. I have since received three sms's ( on the 18th, 21st and 25th of May) from FNB stating that Anthony Malungane has been trying to contact me. I am a client of FNB and they have all the correct contact details on their database. Since applying for the home loan, not once have I received a call or email from Anthony!!! I called him on the 25th to no avail. I sent an sms requesting he call me back. Still no response!

Can FNB please assign someone else to take a look at my home loan application! Anthony is clearly not doing his work!
