bad service - *****

I am still waiting for a reply to several emails sent from April the ref number is ***. I phoned your ***** unit today at about 11:40 am I am still on hold while typing this it's now 12.34 pm I can hear voices in the background, she went away came back said hi Mr. Needham and it's been quiet ever since. I am hanging up now extremely fed up with the lack of service.
