Bad Service form FNB Revolving Department

I made payment arrangements with FNB Revolving Loans at the beginning of August 2024 to pay an amount of R 986.00 at the end of August 2024 and going forward seeing that I am unemployed and that this the only amount that I can pay. The lady I spoke to at FNB Revolving Department even gave me banking details to where I must make my payments to. Today I received a SMS from FNB Revolving Department that they are handing me over to FNB Legal Collections to proceed with legal action. This is totally ridiculous and unfair of FNB seeing that I do have payment arrangements in place with the Revolving Loan Department. My last question is, do they not make notes on their systems that payment arrayments are in place before deciding to take legal action. If FNB proceed to hand me over to legal action I will contact Scorpion Lawyers to assist as this is unexceptional.
