Bad service forged from hell...

I used to be proud that I bank with FNB but the service I have received on the FNB life side is a nightmare. I requested FNB to cancel my claim because I for employment and they took their time to cancel the claim. My employment ended and I contacted FNB to reactivate the cover and I was told that the cover was not cancelled. I sat and relaxed knowing that my affairs are in order. Few days later I was called by someone from the bank and she advised that my claim was suspended and she was explaining to me the call was disconnected and she never bothered to call me back. On Thursday I got a call from the collections department advising me that my account is in arrears and interest will be charged. Had the first consultant I spoke with advised me correctly this could have been avoided. I am so disappointed with this bank
