Bad service for customer

I Bank with FNB and the service I get in terms of my account is very bad. Every time they got a problem yet other banks are giving me a credit card but not FNB yet my account is with them. I get very bad outcomes at one time the outcome was irrelevant to what I asked for. And they always got story and blame us as customers.
