Bad service Fnb, very bad

I had a consultant assist me in opening a Zero business account online. Unfortunately he opened a Gold business Acc by mistake. After querying it, he had asked me to close the acc after they had credited the monthly fee. Unfortunately when the fee was reversed, they had immediately debited me for the next month. It's now 2 months and still nobody can give me any assistance nor any answers. Terrible service
