Bad service FNB Overport City

A very disappointing banking system that doesn't care about customer service, Absolutely disgusted by the service of just collecting cards when upgrading accounts where the branch (Overport city) and courier company have no understanding of each other, courier company says card at the bank yet the bank has no idea, the bank argues that the courier company works till 6 but courier company says 4 If the courier company worked till 6 I wouldn't of had to go through all this so this alone is misleading and no understanding between the bank and thier courier company First visit was two weeks ago on Saturday to collect my card as the courier company said it was delivered there that week on Tuesday but was not when I got there on Saturday +-2hours wasted

Second visit today and only 1 of the 2 cards where there and same story branch has no idea where the card is yet courier company said it was delivered and had given me a reference that the branch can't do anything with, another 2 and a half hours wasted and above this 1 of the cards is disabled as I am awaiting the new 1 and to make matters worse say this card needs to be sent again or something of that sort I would have to go through this whole process again

Just to collect cheque and credit card??? And No1 can help me

Best part is despite all of this the end result was me canceling the upgrade and also my credit card facility and soon to be moving banks due to this unpleasant experience with the Overport city branch

Worst branch to visit !!!
