Bad service FNB jabulani mall branch

I had a very bad service at FNB jabulani mall branch they make us feel less important as if they are doing us favour with managing our finances forgetting that we are the ones who put food in their tables.I came for card replacement and then the guy who was asking what I came for said the cards are finished and then I said its fine I want to make loan arrangements as well and boom! I was all alone no assistance no nothing he decided to become busy with something else and I told him that m a new client I am not fami**** with systems and telephone number for loan arrangements.I am writing this review because I am working at the bank as well and I wouldnt like one of our clients to leave the bank the way I feel right now.
