Bad service FNB insurance

On the 13th of November 2025, i hit a pothole and lost two tyres and one rim. Contacted FNB insurance and lodged a claim. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. To date the response I'm getting of its with management is getting into my nerves. Ive been without a car for days now and my question is, what will happen in a case of an accident.
