Bad service FNB insurance

FNB car insurance very bad service from 11 may until today my car it's not fixed yet . And it's only 1 consulted refilwe . She said I must get quotation for panel beater I id she said it's declined . Please dnt ho for FNB insurance just want my car fixed then i cancel
