Bad service fnb home loans

I'm unhappy with the service I'm receiving I've spoken to 3 different consultants koketsi,sandile and portia

I'm a first time home buy and not very up to scratch with process I called in on the 20th November 2020 to find out when will my bond start I spoke to a koketso she specifically said they bond payment was 20 December 2020

The monday I open my app to find that I'm in arrears I got called by a different agent saying my bond is in arrears and I should make arrangements I refused and asked for the matter to be escalated as I was told my bond starts on the 20th December 2020 till this day I'm still receiving calls that I should make arrangements yet two of the people I spoke to who promised to call me back and sort it out haven't called me today is the 7th December this is affecting my credit profile as too if the agent did her work and confirmed correct date this wouldn't be happening

I'm very so not happy with the service I'm receiving from fnb home loans
