BAD SERVICE FNB Health Cash Plan

FNB Health cash plan is a **** ... FNB HAS NO SERVICE!!!

FNB consultants are *clueless*. My son has been in hospital for 6mnths, he wanted to claim, and for 4weeks we are receiving automated emails that says 'a consultant will contact you in 48hrs' every day!!! Even FNB complaints dept. is as useless as their claims dept. I spoke to Ayanda @ complaints ... She is still calling me after 48hrs (3 weeks later) When I called again to speak to her, Nobody knows who Ayanda is. They received all docs and 6months later an Assessor still has to be appointed. We have 40 Reference numbers but No one is calling back!!
