Bad service FNB Fica Department

FNB is the worse bank, They blocked my account with my concern, I only found out when I have to pay in the shop that my account is blocked, when I enquired in the branch they made a call on Business banking and they said it put on hold for fica verification hence I updated fica verification on the beginning of the month and the account was working, I demand my account to be open FNB otherwise it gone be bad I would take this further
