BAD SERVICE - FNB CREDIT CARD DIVISION

I have had a credit card from 2002 added to my credit score. I was sequestrated and the court order send to their card division a million times, and they keep telling me to logon to the app and have a banker assist me - I am not doing that I am mailing you as it is more convenient for me to address the matter in this way. I have had zero assistance in this regard and I am a customer of FNB, makes you think. You cant get a hold of anyone there - they easy to add you to ITC or Transunion but resolve issues that is not their strong point. Very unhappy client
