Bad service - FNB connect

In 2015 I purchased a device that came with a sim card contract via the FNB website. I cancelled the contract within 7 days, as I had obtained the device I wanted without the sim contract through the FNB connect store. Unfortunately the FNB connect would not cancel the sim contract and locked me into a debit payment for 2 years. Last year I tried various means (logged a query via website) - but received no response. I then stopped the debit order and 6 months later was handed over to debt collectors.

I have just spent the past 2 weeks trying to resolve this issue without success. I have noticed the sim contract was cancelled but no communication to confirm the contract was settled in full and NO APOLOGY for all the stress. Today I tried again to call and spent the last half hour moving from one agent to the next having to call a number of different 087 numbers. I need FNB to contact me URGENTLY to resolve this matter!!!!!!!
