Bad Service FNB

I am currently unhappy with service from FNB. I called FNB requesting settlement amount however I was given inaccurate amount as the cancellation of the bond was deferred. I had re-budget and arrange for outstanding of initiation fee which was not included by FNB consultant on the settlement figure. The next thing is that the bank did not outstanding of R730.50 for insurance as I heard from the lawyers.

I have submitted refund for overpayment however I have not receive feedback. I will be moving all my accounts to another bank including existing bond.

The service is terrible at FNB and regret taking bond with FNB
