Bad Service FNB Business Banking

I am really sad with FNB Business. I opened a business account last week, sent all the documents received my card today and tried transferring funds to my business account only to be to told the account is frozen, i called in was told fica docs are outstanding and was transferred to a department to sort the issue out, while on the call i checked online with the ref and no documents are needed. I waited 29 minutes on hold only to be cut off! bad service FNB
