Bad service FNB Brackencity

We went to FNB brackencity, to register for online banking, we where told to take a seat and that 2 people was infront of us we waited for 30 minutes and people where coming in after us and being helped immediately. The consultant didn't really care all she wanted to do get herself off the hook. There was also a guy walking around up and down and didn't bother to find out why we sitting so long, however when my moms mask where down he was quickly there to tell her the mask must be up.
