Bad service FNB
It is with such great sadness but FNB is just messing up, their service is disgusting and when you speak to the agents they sound like they dont even want to help. Im always telling ppl to change banks. i feel like the have lost their touch shame..their service sucks n its getting worst and worst they have a chat service that is also useless bcoz no one can help you properly there. so disappointing.

09 Jul 2020, 13:37My query is still not resolved and i have spent 30min on da phone being transferred from 1 agent to the other n no one can assist me n ur robot just went silent and my phone cut because my airtime ran out. U guys are really unhelpful and the level of your service is disgusting...i have sent so many emails n no one has contacted me or assisted me. I have had just enough of FNB really
