Bad service FNB

I had the worst services from this company as I have been sent from pillar to post waiting for closed up letters since 2023 December. I have even sent through emails to no response and this is financially depressing as other financial providers have given me letters within 24 hours. I contacted them numerously and no department seems to assist me weather collections, credit devision, none when to branches in Cape town, Pretoria, Polokwane and none of the consultants even understand the frustration this bank is causing myself and family, I am at last tall now and have contacted the finace ombudsman because really my life is not moving.
