Bad service FNB

Disability Claim on credit card short paid by R590 and trying to close accounts due to no income because of Disability. I have been phoning and sending emails and phone calls keep on being cutt off and no one bothers to phone back. This is now ongoing for almost one month. Someone phoned asking for my contact number and my ID number to check my profile than the call was put through for me to rate his service... A service I did not get. My account number *** this is the 2nd time I am reporting this on Hello Peter please get someone to assist Urgently.
