Bad service Fnb
Am having bad experience for unblocking my app, Contact centre staff dropped the call in my ear yesterday and today, when I make a follow up I was about turn around time. I waited for the sms which I haven't received even now still waiting for it. I went to the branch only to find this matter stil need to resolved by the staff that can't give me turn around time,
