BAD SERVICE

I am really fuming right now because of the pathetic service i have continuously endured from FNB. I app**** for a prepaid pay out (MY MONEY NOT A LOAN) about 3 weeks ago which usually takes 3 days to be processed. I did this to prevent returned debit orders and to ensure that my credit record does not get affected. Up to now i have not received any feedback from FNB. I Demand FNB to pay for those returned debit order charges. To think that i was even considering to move my accounts to FNB. Your service is disgusting, you have no respect for customers. Maybe if i take this up with the Ombudsman for Banking Services you will start taking me seriously.
