Bad service
I have been with FNB for more than 20 yrs. I app**** for cash relief and my application was accepted and I got the contract. When I check the status of my application online it still says account opening.. I have been calling almost everyday ..have been transferred from pillar to post.. or your applications is in process.. Iwent to the branch they could not assist.. Laid two complains no one called back.. Im very dissapointed for FNB to do this to me when I need them the most.. The service is very bad shame.

27 Aug 2020, 09:17I'm extremely disappointed with FNB.. They haven't resolve my query instant they are lying to me.. The relief application was accepted and I signed the contract.. FNB is saying I never said the supporting documents.. My question is how come I signed the contract if the required documents were not received.. I don't trust FNB anymore.. The proof I uploaded was on on app all are long.. Now it has disappeared after my complaint.. I also sent proof to Thebe Kagiso and C17@fnb twice.. Please stop lying.im no longer interested
