BAD SERVICE

Hi, i had 3 loans with FNB in the past ,i did pay them off and received only 2 unsigned paid up letter

i recently app**** for credit so they need 3 SIGNED letter sent to me ,now i called them since last week and they advised i must send and email and they will call me within 48 hours ,i followed up this week and still no one has called me ,when i call they transfer me to the loans collection dept no one answers ,they been giving me the run around hence i resulted in contacting you guys here

these are the loans

i even send info to their complaint dept and they said they shall call me but still no one called me yet General Complaint Reference Number ***
