Bad service
Bad service. My wife's account been blocked. We did sent them what they wanted. Still blocked. Holding for about 2 hours. Came through once and was cut off. They say use the app????. For what. We have debit orders and i want to do transactions today.

27 Nov 2020, 16:09They did reply by saying they cannot get hold of me. Nonsense. They have my bussiness number and i get numerous calls during the day. Every complain you lodge you get a 24 to 48 hour delay. My wife's card was declined because the account was blocked. No mo9ney for the weekend. Do you still want customers if you treat them this way. Your customer service does not work.
