Bad service

I paid a non residential client using my fnb business acc and that client did get the money because they said she is a foreign she is not suppose to receive money from business accounts I went to festival mall branch and they called the fnb business and they sent me the Reversal form to fill... I did that since Jan still fighting that...I went to different branches thinking maybe I can get help bt non and then today I went back to festival and I called and now they sending me an email that they won't pay me my money because the Reversal it's 30 days period.Like really I have all the evidence that I have been going to different branches and getting no help and now you make this as if it's my problem..You guys your service is very bad I want my money back don't tell me stories..
