Bad service

My account has been on hold for 3 weeks , I have visited the bank several times over the past weeks , and still no help . They even transferred me to the Easy acc call centre where they kept transferring my calls to another assistant, until they knocked where the transferred call took 1 hour with an answer where the lady at the bank said I must drop the call cause they have knocked , at this point I just want to close the account and get my money back which they said I can’t cause they is still a hold on it .
