Bad service

Poor service once again from FNB the consultants are clueless...I just need help with a revolving loan (is it approved or not?)..is it really that hard?!...I've been sent from pillar to post and no one seems to know what's happening. If I dont receive help urgently I'll rate you bad every single day.
