bad service

i was approved for a gold cheque account and they said that it will be delivered , until today no call to arrange delivery , i call the call center and a lady did not even listen to my story she just transferred me to a next agent which i waited for 30 min to answer the call and did not answer the call , I am a new client and if this is how you treat clients then i rather not use fnb for anything . Thanks but no thanks you just lost a client #bad service :(
